Warranty policy


WARRANTY POLICY: The BCS International dba Raider Powersports (Raider) warranty is made to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. When contacting our Customer Service department regarding a warranty claim, please include your name, product number, copy of your purchase order/proof of purchase, and a photo of the issue with the item your claim is regarding. Please also include any additional information that may help our Customer Service team better support you.

***Please note that in order for warranties to be valid, Customers must provide a copy of their purchase / proof of purchase***

LIMITED WARRANTY: This Limited Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer. Raider warrants that for the Warranty Period of 1 year, under normal use, to ensure the product is free from manufacturer defects.

If the product fails to meet this warranty and the buyer of the product informs Raider thereof and returns the product to the seller during the applicable warranty period, Raider shall repair or replace the product, at its sole discretion.

Buyer of the Raider product(s) shall be solely responsible for the selection. use, efficiency, and suitability of the product and Raider shall therefore have no liability.

WARRANTY PERIOD: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Raider provides a 1 year/ product replacement warranty unless otherwise stated on the product packaging.
